Businiess name:  Trends Salon

Review content:
I had "highlights" done by my Trends stylist. I told her I wanted a natural look and she sure did that - when it was done the color of my hair was just the same as before. I was obviously not happy with the results but she kept trying to convince me that it looked great. I asked coworkers the next day and they said my hair didn't look any different. I've had something similar happen at another salon that charged me half the price of what this Trends stylist charged me - highlights weren't as visible but better than what I got from Trends. The stylist at the other salon knew right away it wasn't what I had hoped for and pointed it out to me before I said anything and then offered to fix it the next day. That is what I think good honest stylists should do. Don't be so lazy not to admit and fix a mistake.
