I have taken my son to a kid thing for almost all of his haircuts, and I will never go there again after our last experience. From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcome by all staff members, including the owner, Melinda. Our stylist, Abby, said no more than two or three words to me or my son. She was very rough and left welts on his forehead and didn't even brush off the hair from his neck and face when she was finished. On top of all of this, we had a fifteen minute wait, even though we had scheduled an appointment ahead of time. "A Kid Thing" will never receive our business or referrals again.
