She is very easy to talk to and she has good insight into my problems. I can't say enough about Miriam. She is professional, caring, competent and easy to work with. She has been a wonderful help. She is thoughtful, comforting, and supportive in addition to being invested in finding workable solutions to problems. She listens to you, returns your phone calls promptly, and has the gift of being able to read people accurately without a lot of information to go on.
