Review content:
I agree with all of the posts here. The staff at this office is just plain rude, and I find it unacceptable! I understand that the office is a cave and they probably have to deal w/ stressful situations like paperwork, insurance and clients, but as if the rest of us don't have our own work-related gripes! In a medical environment, where many people are uncomfortable in the first place, is it really too much to ask for the staff to be kind and maybe even greet the clients with a hello or a smile? 9 times out of 10 I leave that office with my blood pressure elevated b/c I'm so irritated!
Luckily, I see Dr. Kurzrok, and I really can't see how such an amazingly warm woman could tolerate an office full of such negative energy. I plan to continue to see Kurzrok, but won't be surprised if I decide to switch b/c I'm fed up with the staff. It's really a shame.
