At Total Care Auto, in Clarksburg, we used this auto repair shop for several months. On one occasion, they they said I needed to have a part replaced. Instead of replacing it, they sautered it instead and they charged the same amount. A few weeks later the part fell off and had to be replaced with another shop. Another time, they told us they repaired the windows so that they would roll up properly and the windows were just the same before we spent $150. Another time they said the AC was fixed, but they never put a new motor in or added freon- they only charged for doing nothing. We no longer use this shop and have since been very distrusting to auto mechanics since it is hard to find someone to do a decent job.
