Review content:
East Coast repaired my car and it looked better than new! They even took the time to look at a scratch on my car that wasn't involved in the accident that my insurance was paying for and fixed it for FREE!! They said that all it needed was a little buffing and that they would take care of it when detailing the car after repairs. My insurance company tried to give me the run around regarding the repairs and tried to use after market parts on my new car! The guys at East Coast took the time to argue with the insurance company for me on my behalf and helped me to understand that legally they had to pay for new parts. I was so excited to have someone that was not only willing to fix my car but to do it right! Due to insurance haggling the estimated date of delivery was a week after what I was quoted but I do not blame the guys at East Coast. I will recommend them again and again to anyone in need of a collision repair shop.
