Businiess name:  Billadelphia's Authentic Phlly
Review by:  Tom M.
Review content:
Never has a business name meant so much to me. As a native of Philadelphia, the culinary enjoyments I missed since moving to Texas in 2003 seemed the hardest transition for me. But... recently I found Billadelphia's which has 2 locations in Bedford and Arlington. They import a ton of Philly favorites such as Tastykakes, Scrapple, Pork Roll, Birch Beer, Herr's Chips, Soft Pretzels, and of course PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS & HOAGIES served on Amoroso rolls. Bill the owner is from South Philly (me too) and knows what ingredients are necessary to make great Philly sandwiches. I'm at his place twice a week. I love the atmosphere and Bill always loves to talk Philly. He's a former Mummer (visit www.mummers.com for info) and a huge Eagles fan. What's cool is that he built a place two blocks from the new Cowboy's stadium. I highly recommend everyone looking for a real Philly Cheesesteak try this place. It's at 1112 N Collins in Arlington.
