My 2005 TDI Jetta wagon was smoking black smoke with the check engine light on. One dealer I took it to missed the problem. I was traveling to the Seattle area and checked these dealer reviews. Campbell Nelson seemed to have the least number of complaints so I called for an appointment with them. They worked me into their schedule when I wanted to be there. The service writers were very professional and very interested in my explanation of what was going on. The crew was able to think and work "outside the box" to find and fix the problem. I was back on the road ahead of schedule. Very nice folks throughout. Great job
