Review content:
Twinsburg Dental Associates is a big office with many employees. Most seem to chat with each other rather than attend to clients. They made me wait 20 minutes past when my appointment was supposed to start and never apologized. The hygienist was rude and unprofessional. My search for a new dentist continues. Don't go here unless you have lots of extra time to spend and don't mind being treated like a piece of furniture.
