Businiess name:  Zoomworks

Review content:
I recently used Zoomworks for my wedding photos. I provided Zoomworks with a "shot list" consisting of only 30 photos I wanted to be sure were shot. While Zoomworks took several hundred photos, they did not take 5 of the requested shots! The important missed shot: one of my mother and me! Once I received the photos, I met with the photographer and shared I was really pleased with the photos but quite disappointed there wasn't a photo of my mother and me. I was told that I should focus on the beautiful photos I do have and no more photos could be taken without additional charges being incurred by me. Taking the omitted photo would have been quite easy given my wedding was outside at a friends home. It would have simply required the photographer and my mother and myself. Also, I've taken the negatives and digital files into a photo shop to have the wedding photos blown up and the resolution on so many of the pictures was set in a manner that blowing the photos up larger than 5x7 makes the photos grainy and crops too much of the photo to where the shot looks bad! Zoomworks is quite unprofessional, slow to respond to messages and email and not easy to work with! I would never recommend them to any busy bride. Zoomworks had no motivation to reconcile this problem given they got paid whether I got my requested photos or not!!! What a disappointment they turned out to be!
