the store has some nice things, and a good selection of random bits. its a fun experiance to go to a hobby shop no doubt. the service here is very mixed, some people will be very helpful while others will sort of slack around the store. or multiple people doing one thing, looking through drawers for one part while others wait in line.
i had given this store my vehicle for repair. it took nearly three weeks time, i didnt get a call when it was done.. i had to call them and ask about it to find out. their tech was supposed to call me to verify price prior to any work being done, they did not.
the main problem was also not solved, the engine was returned to me in the same condition as when i brought it in. they eventually replaced the engine with a new unit, and are sending the old one to ofna.
overall, this store is ok for some. but the prices are high compared to the internet, and you get no customer service as you'd expect for what you're paying.
also, ordering parts can take a month. best to just order from the net if they dont have it.
not impressed, they are taking advantage of the fact that very few hobby shops are in the vacinity.
