Review content:
The only positive thing I can say about Carrington is it's location. The apartment boasts "luxury living," however, I never noticed much luxury. The appliances and fixtures are substandard and the maintenance crew does not fix problems. Upon moving in, I noted that my front door looked as if it were attacked by a bear... also the bathroom ceiling leaked and pieces would fall down onto the floor and my belongings. These problems were made aware to staff, yet never fixed. The office staff lost [or perhaps stole] TWO of my UPS packages on two separate occasions. I was never apologized to and I was told they are "too busy" to actually check what they are signing for. All in all I had to reorder my items. Also my most important advice... DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE PETS!!!!!! I have a 3 year old midsize dog and a cat. After moving out I was forced to replace the entire carpet, foam and dividers. They said it was 100% destroyed by my pets... which is completely untrue. My dog had a total of 2-3 accidents over the course of a year, and my cat had no accidents [minus a few hairballs.] The $250 pet deposit doesn't even go towards anything! SUCH A RIP-OFF! sadly, I steam cleaned the carpet frequently... such a waste of time/money BOTTOM LINE.... DO NOT RENT HERE! Check out the other places right in the area!! Chances are their office staff isn't as unprofessional and the apartments are probably much nicer.
