As a person who actually works in a REAL office, just the attorney and I, I can actually say that I know what it is like, and I empathize with ANY business that deals directly with the public that expects perfection in others, but is unable to realize it in themselves. Dr. Pogue and staff are just that - human. And some of the best people I've ever been around - always the same - always concerned and caring. When my mom died, I was sent to Dr. Pogue by the agency that handled the home care she received - he directed their agency (or something to that effect). My world had crashed. I find it hard to believe that any other doctor would have cared as much. When an office deals with SO many people in one day, they CAN NOT please all of the people all of the time. They are REAL people. They do not act like they are "above" anyone...they, especially Dr. Pogue, is gifted - you are in good hands. Remember (in response to the former review), sometimes a first impression is not the right impression.
