Review content:
I will never, ever go back to this place. I went 2 times and both times encountered a particular nurse who is pushy, rude, arrogrant, obnoxious and a know-it-all. Her attitude is aggressive and demeaning, and it would be a stretch to say she is ignorant. I would not have minded all of the above, which is why I came back a second time. They are inexpensive and I am poor, so I had to suffer her indignities. However when I went back the second time, upon entering the second "waiting room" she took my dog's leash from me and began pulling and dragging him around the room, trying to "show me" how to walk with him. My dog only has one hip joint/socket and the other leg is almost lame from a car accident. In addition, he was suffering from kidney failure (which I did not know at the time - hence why I was there). If anyone with 1/2 an ounce of compassion had seen my dog's face it would have been clear that he was in pain and was grimacing from her "demonstration." I tried to keep my calm, and told her that I was leaving and carried my poor Mojo out of the office. She was shocked. He was shaking. I was furious - but like any good consumer I vote with my dollars, and not with my fists. I will NEVER step inside those doors again. I have no problem putting my name or my dogs name in this review. I want other consumers in Gulfport and St Pete to know the horrible experience I went through so they can decide whether its worth paying a little less to be treated in such a manner by someone so heartless and cruel.
