Businiess name:  Dance Concepts

Review content:
My 3 year old was attending this ballet school. She had a great experience at a prior school in the area with a very pleasant and patient teacher. We , unfortunately, had to change to Dance Concepts due to my schedule. My daughter came out crying from the class 3 times, was withdrawn, and wouldn't even dance which is TOTALLY NOT LIKE HER. Ms. Jill comes across nasty, fake, and I get the impression she doesn't like kids based on observations with my child and others. I decided to take my daughter out of this school and already purchased a costume for the upcoming recital. I contacted the school numerous times via telephone and in person to get the costume only to get ONE response to pick it up in which they were never there. I think that is pretty unprofessional to keep a child's costume which was paid for, only to have her outgrow it by the time they were there (by chance) when I picked it up. I was greeted by a snippy and snooty owner/teacher with an attitude. I think teachers that don't like the RESPONSIBILITY in dealing with kids AND parents and the responsibility that comes with being a business owner SHOULD NOT be in business. I guess the almighty dollar talks! If I were to do it all again, I would NEVER put my child in this school.
