As my own esthetician was out of town on vacation, I had the misfortune to turn to Cynthia's Salon & Day Spa for a regular waxing session for my legs. What started out as a pleasant afternoon turned into the most horrendous of days.
The only good part about the whole experience was - service started on time. I asked for my legs to be waxed. The woman who did the job seems to have never ever in her life done it before.
When she finished and asked me to get dressed, I just checked to be sure and to my horror, half the job was not even done. She did the front, the back (which itself was not NEARLY clean), she never did the sides between the front and back.
You can imagine my agony at the sight of that. Usually, I NEVER have to check my esthetician's job! I SELDOM have to get it done almost all over again.
Even after that, I had to tell the woman where to apply, where it needs to be done over again.
For the money I pay, I DEFINITELY expect BETTER SERVICE!!!
The owner needs to pay more attention to who she has working for her and how qualified they are, because this kind of service most certainly can cost a salon it's REPUTATION!
