The Association of Chinese Professionals/DFW (ACP-DFW) was founded in 1993 and registered in the state of Texas as a non-political and non-profit organization. Its mission is to promote friendship, cooperation and information exchange among its members, and enhance cultural, economic, academic and technological exchange between China and the United States.
Any Chinese in DFW area, who agrees with the ACP bylaw, is eligible to apply for a membership. Currently they have members who work in diverse areas from high-tech, medical, real estate, finance law, education, art, etc. and there are many successful entrepreneurs among their members.
They always organize some big events, like mid-august event, and celebration for Chinease new year. You can learn chinese culture, and make chinese friends there.
