Review content:
The managment at clainbridge is incompitant, rude,and very snobby about their extremly high prices. word is they do not own that gym. but it is nice to have. the pool is always hot and they have no computer room,(BUSINESS OFFICE) as they tell people. it is a pretty property, but with students living there their is alot of loud partying on the weekends and musle cars cominng in at 3 and 4.in the morning.thier rental prices are to high, and the maitence starts out good , then slacks off if the young 25 year old manager decides she does not like you. The personal trainers play alot of offense rap in the gym and mack on the young girls. The personal trainer does not do his job and plays people to just get his own clients. I would give it only 2 stars. And the one bedroom rents start at 759.00 plus water, 25.00 = 784.00 for the small one bedroom terrace level.
