Review content:
I've used this salon several times but have now finally decided that I need to find a new place, I only wish I'd done it sooner. I'd gotten to the point where I had to bring in a bulleted list of do's and dont's in order to actually get the cut I wanted, to the point of step by step "hand holding", and that was from the owner of the salon! And the colorist tried to change my mind on my chosen color and type of highlights/lowlights, which I refused, only to have her proceed with what she thought looked best instead of what I wanted. This is the second time I needed to re-visit them to correct their mistake, and not only am I frustrated but I'm out the money and time. I think they need more experience with funky and stylish cuts, and they certainly need to work on their listening skills. Good luck to all !
