i have worked at scamp's for four years! i have been trained by the company to teach people what they are buying and how to care for it. i like to call it the full service pet store. i can't bare to go to other pet stores for one reason, whetn i hear what the employees are saying to customers or should i say not saying. i'm sorry if you where helped by someone that was simply having a bad day just keep in mind that all people have a bad day. i strongly know that scamp's is a great pet store, i know because i am proudly there every day. i love animals of every kind and can tell you all about them....pick one
