Review content:
Rebecca and Pat Van Dahlen have helped me sell several properties. Each property has had issues (fixer uppers, etc) and yet they were able to assess the market and plan a strategy that produced very successful sales. Especially important was their knowledge of what repairs should be made, proper disclosure of defects and staging to make the properties look their best. In fact, they have an ample supply of staging items. Rebecca and Pat roll up their sleeves and work hard to sell property!
