Review content:
We contracted with A B Moving, 604 N. Central Expy, suite B, Allen Tx
75013, a member of Service Magic, to move the entire contents of our
house from Dallas to Conroe Tx on @/13/2007. A B Moving loaded all of
our belongings except a small grand piano on to their trucks and then
refused to move the piano, a clear breach of their contract with us. We
insisted that they move the piano but they refused to and also refused
to return our belongings to us unless we paid them $425, which we were
forced to do. Subsequently, Kenny Baker, the president of A B moving ,
admitted that his employee, the job estimator, had make an error but he
not only refused to return the $425 to us, but further stated "I know
where you live and I am coming to beat you up". We request that Service
Magic either remove A B moving from membership and warn other potential
customers of A B Moving's extortion and threats.
