Businiess name:  Barnes Jewelry

Review content:
I have to say that Barnes Jewelry is worth the extra money. I have experienced, first hand, purchasing less than quality jewelry from other local jewelers. My husband and I have vowed to purchase all of our jewelry from Barnes because of the quality materials they sell, the service they provide, and the longevity of the company. Barnes is simply a reputable company and relies heavily on repeat customers and word of mouth. My husband and I have always been treated respectfully and given prompt attention, even when we were purchasing a $20 Orbis ball. I appreciate Barnes ability to reach out to the entire community, not just the wealthy. I will say their store is a bit intimidating, but I have always been greeted with friendly smiles and great customer service. They have an excellent repair shop, the prices are reasonable, and the turnover is quick. My husband and I bought our wedding rings from another jeweler (supposedly reputable). My wedding ring was the worst decision I have ever made, I have my ring in the shop more than on my hand. I literally have to take my ring back to the retailer about every 2 months for "maintenance" and "repairs". It is extremely upsetting as it is my WEDDING RING and it was still several thousand dollars!!! We will now have to purchase a new ring, which of course will come from Barnes.
