I don't know about just the car wash part of the business, because I had my vehicle detailed there, inside and out, which includes the car wash. However, I can certainly comment about the detailing.
The guy who took the keys and wrote up the order told me he would call when it was done. He never called. I finally called an hour before they closed and it had been done for a while.
Lots of things were overlooked in the detailing.
Dirt and stains that were cleaned up from the main areas of the carpet, but not along the edges where the cleaning wand probably had trouble reaching. This should have been cleaned, by hand if necessary. If came up easily enough when I used a small brush to finish what they neglected. I should not have had to do their work.
They forgot to clean the stearing wheel! That's one big think a person looks at as soon as they get in the car. How'd they miss that?
Smalll areas were not thoroughly cleaned. It was as though they went into the car with large cleaning devices and didn't have anything that got into corners or cracks very well.
They forgot to vacuum under the driver's seat.
The outside of the car was dirty in places where they didn't bother to touch up. They probably just ran it through their car wash and whatever the machines didn't get, didn't get done.
I'd give them three stars if the work were at leat good. I'd give them one star if the work was not at least fair. When an auto detail place that has the word "detail" in their name and claims, does not have attention to detail in their work, they get 2 out of 5 stars from me.
Maybe I should have expected this, because of the work "Express" in their name (Express Detail). Maybe Express doesn't mean fast; maybe it really means not thorough.
