Review content:
ALL CREATURES is the fifth vet we've tried in the area. The reasons we abandoned the others ranged from being treated like a number, not a person, to them being too busy to give me the time of day, to then not doing very good job, to them forgetting to do what they'd promised to do.
With ALL CREATURES, I found nice people - from the receptionists to the vets to the handlers, they were universally polite, pleasant, and happy to see us - I found a geniune caring atmosphere, and I found them to be very competent at doing what they said they'd do and doing a very good job of it.
For example, I now get my dog washed there exclusively. They are (slighly) cheaper than the local pet megamart and do a MUCH better job, plus there's always a vet right there if we need something else done.
I'm sorry there are so many incompetent vets (vet offices) around, but I'm glad to have found this one.
