Pondtastic Water Gardens will now be recognized nationally as a professional company committed to continuing education for its staff and employees and to upholding standards in the industry. Jim Price, Owner of Pondtastic Water Gardens states, “I am proud to be a member of the CAC program, it is not a requirement for business, but rather a choice I made to have access to information on state of the art technology, changes in the industry and the best educational programs available, so that we may continue to provide the highest level of professional service to our clients .” The CAC program was developed by Aquascape Inc. to recognize the dedication and knowledge of the pond building contractor. In order to be accepted into this program a contractor must pass a review board of peers who review referrals, photos, required essays, and the contractor’s customer service practices. A CACs workmanship must also be approved by Aquascape Inc's own construction crew. All CACs are knowledgeable and trained on all Aquascape Products and have the ability to answer any questions you may have with your pond. CACs work closely with AI and AI distributors to ensure only the highest quality ponds are installed. “As a member of the CAC program, I plan to take advantage of the resources they offer, including the Build-A-Pond days and other pond related seminars through out the year.” Price states. “We’ve always been committed to excellence.
