Lisa C. says the doctor at Lincolnway Animal Complex is not friendly and that they perform unnecessary testing, however, I can tell you from my experience with them, that I would not trust my beloved dogs with anyone else. I have been going there for a long time with my dogs and the doctor has always been friendly and talkative with me regarding the welfare of my dogs. I was never pushed into having tests done. They will recommend certain annual tests like the "fecal occult" which any vet will do to check for parasites as we all know that dogs will eat just about anything outside and never was it requested more than once a year. It was left up to me whether or not to have it done.
I have never had a problem dealing with them. They were always prompt and courteous in answering my questions.
