Review content:
I was very picky in choosing an auto shop because I didn't want to go to a place that would sucker me into fixing things that didn't need to be fixed, and charging me more than they needed to. After reading the few reviews that I could find on different places, and getting recommendations by word of mouth, I went with Art's. They guy is very nice and very honest. He did a great job finding the problem with my car, and fixing it in a very timely manner. I was told that he would do a great job, but might be a little slow with the service, but he was very quick with our repair. I brought our car in on my lunch break to get a new o2 sensor installed, and was able to pick it up just after 5.
One time I brought the car in because I was sure that I needed to new breakpads. The previous breakpads I had installed were the cheapest that I could get at the time, so I figured, since they were squeeling, and they were cheap, that I needed new ones. He took a look at the pads and said that I didn't need new breakpads, and that I still had some time left on my current ones - they just squeel a little bit, probably because they were cheap. I think any other place would've wanted to make a little extra money by installing new break pads, but they didn't do that here. I appreciate their honesty. Definitely going back.
