Businiess name:  Sonic Drive-In

Review content:
I know that every restaurant you visit might have a bad day (especially fast food restaurants, and I used to work at one, so I know), but the way they handle the error speaks volumes of the way they operate day to day. The other day at the Sonic of St. Augustine, we received our food in a bag with much of it spilled to the bottom and a crumpled napkin containing a chewed up mint. We sent back some of the food (not even all, we were so nice), and it took me about ten minutes to get another round of French toast sticks and small tater tots. Both of those seemed to be the kinds of foods that are pretty much pre-made. Pretty much the only reason I'll be heading to sonic this summer is for the grape slush. Just make sure you order very clearly, as I have gotten the wrong drink there more than a few times.
