Businiess name:  Nail Quest

Review content:
Yesterday was the first time and will be the last time I go to Nail Quest. I had a manicure and pedicure with French tips. While I was drying my nail, I noticed that there were reddish-pink spots on my French tips (the white part). I brought up the concern to my nail specialist Linda, and she said "Oh, that is because of the top coat" than she walked away. I wasn't happy about the answer I got from her and she made no attempt to fix the problem. So, I went to another nail specialist and asked to see if it's right to have spots on my French tips. She said that is not right than she spoke in Vietnamese to my nail specialist about the problem that I had. I don't know what she told her, but my nail specialist was pissed off and told me to sit down and she will fix them for me. I told her my concern about the spots on some of the nails, and she asked me what I wanted her to do? My God, how do I know what you should do? You are the nail specialist, not me. So I said can you do something about it to cover the spots? So, she just put a glop of white nail polish on the spot and told me to get them dry under the dry table. It looked really bad, and I was really pissed off with her attitude and unprofessional skill. I complained to my sister about what she had done and my sister's nail specialist overheard. So, she said something to Linda again in Vietnamese. This time Linda was even more pissed off at me for complaining too much. I really didn't want Linda to touch my nails again, because all she did was make both of us unhappy. I told her that I will come back the next day and have someone fix it, but she won't let me. She said that she will fix them. Ok, she kept on asking me which one i don't like? I told her that you can't just put additional coat on top of my nail tips, the surface is uneven and with a bump on my nail tips. So, she finally removed the nail polish on the nails that I had problem with and fixed them. The nails still weren't quite right, but I just dropped the matter. If you are planning on going to Nail Quest avoid the nail unprofessional Linda.
