I had great experiences with highlights and cuts at first, but then I went in to get my highlights covered to a more natural brown. Do not get color correction at this studio. I went and saw one stylist, did not work, my hair was burgundy, not to mention the haircut she gave me made my hair into a big poof ball, I have thick hair with layers, she texturized it with a razor, do not do if you have thick hair, which she should have known. Then I called and complained and got the owner to do the correction. Did not change, the only thing that did change is that she suggested that she put bleach on my scalp and roots to lift my dark hair to get a more brown and less red, it did not work, my hair was orangey, brassy. I since then have had to correct it myself, but still have brassiness where they messed it up. Will go to new salon in Georgetown, that has great rep.
