Bought a new 2007 CR-V, The finance manager is very tricky and sly, the sales people are ok though, but do your homework, you will get a 4% better rate at a bank, I had to refinance my car when I found out I could get a 6.5% APR and not the 9.38% the finance manager got me. WATCH OUT!, the finance manager will check your credit at about 20 banks to wreck havoc on your points so you will have a hard time refinancing it! Do not sign any credit forms! Just go to the bank.
The service department is the worst I ever seen, Mark the service manager will always tell you that "its normal" when your car is broken. When I took it to my local Dealer O'Hare honda, Frank fixed many problems that Mark at McGrath would not want to.
