I live in Jamestown NY, and for all 3 of my tattoos I have driven 3 hours just to get tattooed by Joe! His studio is amazingly clean and professional. If you want a tattoo and don't know what you want you will there, you can spend three days just looking at the tattoos Joe has done. When you get tattooed you will find out why they call him crazy joe. I cannot stress enough if you want a great tattoo at a great price and a great experience you must go there. I will not go anywhere else to get tattooed!!!
