Businiess name:  Codornices Veterinary Clinic

Review content:
I have 2 dogs and took both to Codornices starting about a year ago. Was pleased with the doctors. But in the past 2 weeks have had a very bad experience with scheduling and punitive thinking by the office staff. In attempting to get appointments I had to wait on the phone several times for over 10 minutes to talk with anyone for the appointment. Would not recommend to others unless you have time to miss work and want to pay for everything, such as I could not get to the vets to pick up a prescription because of work hours, they said they could mail it to me for a $5 charge. Now how can it cost $5 to mail a small pill bottle with 30 small pills. Based on my experience Codornices exists to make the buck and at their convenience, definitely not client focused. DAC, Richmond
