I've been a loyal customer of Total Image for at least 20 years. My hair stylist is Hilda, and I followed her there, and have been going to her for 30 years. I've never had a problem.
I have noticed a few having issues with Sherri through the years. My experience has not been bad. She always has a smile and asks how I am. I think there is a mislabeling of her? I think she is quiet by nature and keeps to herself. She has many steady customers...so maybe she like everyone else has bad moments. We are only human. Sometimes we are all guilty of missing the mark.
My suggestion is to make an appointment, and I am confident one will be treated professionally.
Pros: Very friendly Staff, Clean & Helpful w/o the "hard sell"
