Businiess name:  Middlesex Savings Bank

Review content:
This is a nice community bank with friendly tellers and friendly service, but the Natick branch is the least friendly of all. You can get mean looks from the old woman at the desk, and often there's a long wait to see a customer service person. The tellers are nice, though. Like many banks nowadays, they are open for a few hours on Saturday mornings and have one evening a week when they're open later. They generally have good rates. Everyone at the bank is friendly and greets you when you're in the branch (the tellers and the customer service people). The Natick branch is right in the center, and if you don't want to pay for a meter you have to park in the back and walk around, which is annoying for older people or when the weather is bad. They have a good website and online banking options, too.
