Wow...I'm actually really surprised by everyone's reviews. I had spent a horrible time looking for my wedding dress at other boutiques in queens, I am not a size 2 and trying on dresses was very difficult due to the fact that most of the boutiques I went to didn't carry my size in their samples, however Charmet had a lot of sales gowns in a variety of sizes and the staff member I dealt with was a sweetheart and extremely helpful, she helped me stay within my budget, my size and found EXACTLY what I always wanted. When I had the dress on and told her it was the one she quickly got me a veil and tiara to help me imagine the big day. I got my dress for 50% off at $300 with tax.(I guess the staff member you should try to look for is a woman in her late 30's, early 40's with long brown hair)
