Showme Aquatics & Fitness program has benefited me in so many different ways. I fell from a 22 foot ladder and Compressed my T12 and Compressed my L1 Vertebrates. I was diagnosed as a "Complete" Paraplegic. Today I am walking with leg braces and a walker. I continue to make progress everyday. This program initially gave me one hour a week free from a wheelchair. It is a freedom that no one can understand unless you are in a wheelchair. The water allows a person to move freely about the water without restrictions or fear of falling. I can try many things in the water that I can't do on land. I walk without braces in the water. It feels so good to allow my legs and body to move free without assisted devices. This Program is a "10." All the therapist are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The Therapist make the program a real success.
