Review content:
I was very disturbed to see a small blurb this morning regarding the youth rally in San Francisco on Channel 13 news. There were 2 things stated: 1. That the event was held and youth were taking a stand on being teenagers in this generation while holding onto their beliefs. 2. That it was looked down upon because of its stand against homosexuality and then showed a sign regarding that.
My Comment: The sign was not put up by the organization or the youth but by a bystander that came to the rally along with many other free speech people not part of the rally. This small showing by Channel 13 only focused on the negative and not on ALL or even some of the aspects that took place. There were great speakers there, christian bands, but above and beyond that, God's spirit was there. LIVES WERE CHANGED in an amazing way that will impact these teens forever! How sad that this was such a tainted view of a great event. Regardless of Channel 13' s view of this event, the impact it had and will continue to have in a positive way for this generation can never be taken away! Not even by the news media. I'm switching my channel!
