I have received excellent service from everyone at Saturn, from the purchase of our first Saturn in '99 until last week when I had some warranty work done on the sunroof. Our cars always run beautifully, and are serviced very professionally. Jack Lovelace is our regular service advisor and I always enjoy seeing him. He makes sure the right work gets done, has gotten me a rental promptly when needed and always has a great attitude and smile on his face. My car is always cleaner after my visit, the service /repairs are always done properly and I look forward to my visits there.
Saturns are excellent vehicles, but the company has a great product because they have such great people standing next to it.
