Review content:
My boyfriend and I stayed here back in May 2006. The hotel seemed outdated and not up to my Hyatt standards, but there were notices that it would be remodeled soon. It was pricey, even with our Priceline discount, but the location was amazing.
We flew into Ronald Reagan Airport which was practically next door. They offer shuttle service to and from which was great. It's also just a few short blocks away from the metro and a large shopping center with lots of great places to eat. The area seemed very safe to me; there were single women out walking their dogs at night and the whole place was very laid back.
The next time we're in DC, we'll probably stay here again, especially if they've remodeled.
