Review content:
I hate going to Hobby Lobby. The only thing good about the store is the prices, everything else is horrible. The location, the store itself, the layout are all bad. There never seems to be anyone working and if you do manage to find someone, they tell you it's in a different section and then you have to find someone there and then they don't even know what you're talking about.
The custom framing is a joke - They'll tell you it'll be ready in 3 weeks and it'll take about 5 weeks instead and you still have to call and bother them about it to make sure it gets done.
They never have enough checkout lanes open and go by the price tags on the item, instead of scanning the bar code, so you have to argue with them sometimes when items are on sale. It's a horrible store - avoid it if possible.
