Review content:
Yorkville Pastry Shop is a place I remember well since childhood as well as, my mother remembering from childhood as she grew up in Yorkville and I visited my grandparents/aunts/uncles and cousin there. I remember my grandmother always made her own bread every day, but when she had a house full, my grandfather would walk down the street to the Yorkville Pastry Shop early in the morning for extra loaves of great Italian bread, I could hardly tell the difference from my grandmother's own Italian bread! Sometimes, I'd get up extra early and go with my grandfather and he'd let me pick out something I loved, their creme horns............and I'd get an extra for my mother. Yorkville and the Yorkville Pastry Shop will always be in my life's memories...........and I still go by whenever I am in that part of the country, just for the Yorkville Pastry Shop............all the way from Arizona!
