we purchased several items from this store for our wedding and spent over $300 in this store when some of the items came back after being engraved they were scratched really bad we were told by the manager that was the best they could do. When we had taken them home we found all kinds of flaws that should've been noticed before we picked them up pieces were missing when we contacted them they told us oh no we said we would redo them, and just lied. They wouldn't even admit they didn't do a good job on them when we picked them up they just said that's the best we can do we ended up settling for the crappy job and luckily we didn't need as many as we ordered so we didn't use the one's with missing pieces
