Businiess name:  Pilgrim Parking
Review by:  Steve R.
Review content:
If a business treated customers as poorly as this particular parking lot does I would suggest that said business be leveled and turned into a parking lot, but that wouldn't do much good in this instance. Staffed by people of questionable immigration status and even more questionable English language skills, this lot offers not only poor customer service but downright criminal actions. The attendants think nothing of parking cars three and four cars deep, making it virtually impossible to leave. They charge an absurd $8 per hour (or part of an hour) and think nothing of making alterations to the time card to make sure you have to pay an extra $8 for a part of an hour you weren't even in there. Unless, of course the process of retrieving your car takes you to that precious 61st minute when they can refuse to return your car unless you pay the outrageous sum of $16, even though they know you were there less than an hour. As the title states, you are better off taking a cab than parking in this lot. The only reason this lot got a 1-star rating from me is because I can't give it a 0.
