Review content:
I was missing dim sum from home so we drove to Neo-China this morning.
Overall, the food was decent. But I have to say that the service was pretty good. The restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms. There was sufficient parking.
The best dish was the beef chow fun, followed by the Chive dumplings. I have to say that I was not impressed with the egg tarts. The crust was horrible. Everything else was mediocre.
I would like to add that the worst dim sum dishes in NYC tastes better than the best dishes in Neo China.
The dim sum costs $3.25 per dish which is pretty pricey for NC standards.
The classical music was pretty distracting and the restaurant lacked the hustle and bustle of dim sum places.
I'd probably go back if I was craving dim sum.
