Review content:
After buying a number of appliances at Conklin's, I purchased a new dishwasher from them. The salesman talked me into purchasing a more expensive one which included a 5-year maintenance agreement. After the fourth time it broke down, the maintenance company tried to contact me to cash out the balance on my maintenance agreement. They wanted to subtract the cost of the repairs from the price I paid for the DW and pay me the balance & cancel my agreement. However, they had the wrong phone number. In the meantime, it broke a 5th time. The maintenance company refused to repair it and refused to honer the lemon law. All that Conklin would do was send a repairman out to install a used part. Needless to say, I will not be buying my new appliances there.
