Chelsea Theater

Review content:
The Chelsea is another of a number of independent theaters in the Triangle area. Like the others, Chelsea focus on limited release and independent films. The decor and feel are both very art house: minimalism reigns supreme, and the theaters are like black boxes. The Chelsea also seems to screen some 'edgier' movies that other places don't; for example, they were the only theater in the area to show Vincent Gallo's controversial film The Brown Bunny. Chelsea is also a good place to take a date, since it's right next to a coffee shop.
