Review content:
Each time I have shopped there (three times as of today) I have received very poor customer service. Each time I have felt like I was getting sized up by the staff, what a creepy feeling for a confident 32 year-old woman!
I plan to take my business elsewhere as they do not carry anything I could not get online or at another local, far more friendly, place. Apparently, I was not alone as I helped two other customers who were considering a Bugaboo stroller by demonstrating with my own as the staff were ignorant of how it functioned! If I were the owner I would be appalled to discover my staff behaved snobbishly and didn't even have the credit to back up the attitude they so freely give.
