Review content:
Solaris was sent out to repair our heater by our home warranty company. 1st tech didn't fix problem. Came out 2nd time-still not fixed. 3rd tech-Andre-was surly, didn't clean up his mess leaving the furnace disassembled on the floor, took a dump in our bathroom without permission to use it, was heard ransacking our cabinet while in there. Never made eye contact. Had to order a part which wasn't going to be in for several days and were not willing to extend themselves to get it expedited. Kyle, the dispatcher not any better. Also surly, rude, sighed several times when asking where our tech was when didn't arrive for 4th visit during the 1:00-4:00 window we were given. Blamed us, saying we didn't confirm appointment when we actually spoke to HIM a couple days prior to confirm date/time! This company obviously doesn't guarantee their work, has no pride in their service, and are actually frightening to have in your home! We would never have had them out this number of times except for the home warranty situation. We highly recommend never having this company do any work-not if you want it done correctly or if you feel you should be provided a minimum of service.
